By booking our services you agree to these terms.

Bookings & cancellation

48 hours notice required for changes to regular cleans; 24 hours for one-off bookings. Late cancellations may be charged at 50%.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of each clean by bank transfer or direct debit. Invoices are issued at the end of each month for recurring contracts.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean any areas free of charge.

Insurance & damages

We are fully insured. Any breakages must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.
