BrightPath Academy is the data controller for information processed via this site. Contact our privacy team at privacy@brightpath.example.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, email), enrollment history, lesson progress, quiz results, and payment confirmation (we never store card details).

3. How we use it

To deliver your courses, track progress, issue certificates, provide customer support, and — with your consent — to send updates about new courses.

4. Sharing

We share minimum-necessary data with our payment processor (Stripe), email provider, cloud hosting and video CDN. We never sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, deletion, data portability and objection. Exercise any of them at any time by emailing us.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 7 years afterwards for accounting compliance.
