After a decade behind the chair in London's Mayfair and Soho, Alexia returned home to York with one ambition — to bring big-city craft to a city she loved.
In 2019 she opened Bloom & Blade with two chairs, a tiny espresso machine, and a promise: every client would leave feeling truly looked after. Six years on, the espresso machine has been upgraded — but the promise hasn't changed.
