Terms & Conditions

Booking

A booking is confirmed on receipt of a signed contract and 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is payable in instalments up to 30 days before your event.

Cancellation

Cancellations by the client are non-refundable but deposits may be transferred to an alternative date within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations within 90 days of the event remain payable in full.

Damages & behaviour

The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused. A refundable damages bond may be required for exclusive-use events.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters or government restrictions). In such cases we will work in good faith to reschedule.
