Payment: Fees are payable at the time of consultation. We accept card, cash and direct insurance claims (where pre-approved).

Estimates: Written estimates are provided for procedures. Please ask at any time.

Missed appointments: 24 hours notice required for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged.

Regulation: We operate under the RCVS Code of Professional Conduct for Veterinary Surgeons.

Complaints: Please contact the Practice Manager in writing. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to RCVS at rcvs.org.uk.
