Bookings & payment

A 25% deposit is required to secure your pitch; the balance is due on arrival. Glamping and lodge bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (full refund less admin fee). Within 7 days cancellations are non-refundable, though we’ll happily reschedule where possible.

Site rules

Quiet hours 10pm–8am. No ground fires. Dogs on leads. Drive carefully (5mph limit). No stag/hen parties.

Liability

Guests camp at their own risk. Please supervise children at all times. Willow Brook Park is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to ask guests who are disruptive or abusive to staff or other campers to leave, without refund.
