Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
1. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of WinIt and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before releasing any prize.
2. Entry
Entries are made by purchasing tickets through our website. Each ticket gives you one entry into the draw unless otherwise stated. Bulk ticket purchases may give additional entries as described on the competition page. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
3. Draw Process
Winners are selected using a verified random number generator. Draws take place on or after the stated draw date, or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first. Draws may be broadcast live on our website. The draw process is auditable and transparent.
4. Prizes
Prizes are as described on the competition page. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated. We will contact winners via the email address used to enter. Winners must respond within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
5. Prize Delivery
Physical prizes will be delivered to the winner's UK address within 28 days of the draw. We are not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit, though we will work with the courier to resolve any issues. Winners may be asked to collect larger prizes.
6. Liability
WinIt accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in any competition or use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the ticket(s) purchased.
7. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entry data is retained for the duration of the competition and 12 months thereafter for audit purposes.
8. General
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
