Finance
We offer a range of finance options including PCP (Personal Contract Purchase), HP (Hire Purchase), and personal loans. PCP offers lower monthly payments with the option to return, buy, or trade in at the end of the agreement. HP allows you to own the car outright once all payments are made.
The minimum deposit varies depending on the finance type and lender, but typically starts from as little as 10% of the vehicle price. A larger deposit will reduce your monthly payments. We can tailor the deposit to suit your budget.
An initial soft search will not affect your credit score and gives us an indication of what you may be eligible for. A full credit check is only carried out once you decide to proceed with an application, which may leave a footprint on your credit file.
Yes, you can settle your finance agreement early at any time. The settlement figure will include any outstanding balance minus a rebate of future interest charges. Contact your finance provider directly for an exact settlement figure.
Test Drives
You can book a test drive by calling us on 01234 567 890, submitting an enquiry through our website, or visiting our showroom in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure the vehicle is prepared and ready for you.
You will need to bring a full, valid UK driving licence (or international equivalent). We may also ask for proof of address and insurance details. If you are arranging finance, please bring proof of income and a recent bank statement.
Absolutely. We encourage you to test drive as many vehicles as you need to find the right one. Just let us know when booking so we can have everything prepared for your visit.
Part Exchange
Part exchange allows you to trade in your current vehicle against the purchase of one from our stock. We will appraise your car based on its condition, mileage, service history, and current market value. The agreed value is then deducted from the price of your new vehicle.
We can provide an initial online estimate based on your registration number and mileage. For a final valuation, we will need to inspect the vehicle in person at our showroom. There is no obligation to sell if you are not happy with the offer.
Warranty & After-Sales
All our vehicles come with a minimum 3-month warranty covering mechanical and electrical components. Extended warranties of up to 3 years are available at additional cost, providing extra peace of mind and comprehensive cover.
Our warranty covers the engine, gearbox, differentials, clutch, brakes, steering, suspension, cooling system, fuel system, and electrical components. Wear and tear items such as tyres, brake pads, and wiper blades are not covered. Full terms are provided with every vehicle.
While we do not operate a service workshop on site, we work with trusted local garages and main dealers who can carry out servicing and MOT testing. We are happy to recommend a reputable provider in your area.
Delivery & Collection
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. Delivery costs vary depending on distance but are typically between 99 pence and 1.50 pounds per mile. We use fully insured, enclosed transport for higher-value vehicles. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days after payment has cleared.
Of course. We are open Monday to Saturday and by appointment on Sundays. When you collect, we will walk you through the vehicle, explain all features, and ensure you are completely happy before you drive away.
Returns & Cancellation
If you purchase a vehicle at a distance (online or over the phone without visiting the showroom), you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. During this time, you can return the vehicle for a full refund, provided it has not been excessively used or damaged.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject a vehicle if it develops a fault that was present at the time of sale. Between 30 days and 6 months, we have one opportunity to repair or replace the vehicle. Our warranty also provides additional protection beyond your statutory rights.
