Terms of Sale

1. Tickets

Tickets are issued by York Live on behalf of the performing artist or promoter. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled.

2. Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Anyone visibly intoxicated, abusive or in breach of age restrictions will be refused entry without refund.

3. Resale

Tickets may not be resold for profit. We reserve the right to void any ticket listed on a secondary marketplace above face value.

4. Recording

Photography for personal use is permitted at most shows. Flash, tripods and professional equipment are only allowed with a photo pass. Filming full sets is not permitted.

5. Liability

You attend events at your own risk. Loud music and strobe lighting may be used. We accept no liability for lost property.

6. Changes

Line-ups, support acts and start times may change without notice. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
