This privacy policy explains how Pulse Fitness collects, uses and protects the personal data of our members and website visitors, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information We Collect

We collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact, health screening information (where required), payment details and class attendance history. We also collect anonymous website analytics via cookies.

How We Use Your Data

To manage your membership, process payments, send important updates about classes or policy changes, book you into sessions, and (with consent) send marketing communications.

Legal Basis

We process data under contract (membership), legal obligation (health & safety), and consent (marketing).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact hello@pulsefitness.co.uk to exercise these rights.

Data Retention

We keep membership data for 7 years after cancellation in line with HMRC and insurance requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
