How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason
  3. Print the prepaid returns label (free for UK returns)
  4. Pack the item securely with all tags attached
  5. Drop off at any Royal Mail collection point

Policy Details

  • Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Refund method: Original payment method within 5-7 working days
  • Exchanges: Return the original and place a new order for the fastest service
  • Sale items: Final sale items are non-returnable unless faulty
  • Faulty items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free return and full refund
