1. Introduction

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement, however this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items and send a dispatch confirmation.

You must ensure that all details provided during the order process are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment processor, Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colours shown on your screen are an exact representation of the product. Product descriptions are for general information purposes and do not constitute a contractual obligation. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, you may return it under our returns policy.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation, but are not guaranteed. Standard delivery is typically 3-5 working days. Express delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

• Free standard delivery is available on orders over the threshold displayed on our website (typically orders over a specified value).
• Delivery to certain remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man) may take additional time and may incur a surcharge.
• Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
• If you are not available to receive delivery, the courier will follow their standard redelivery or collection procedures.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To exercise this right:

• Contact us via our Contact page or by email within the 14-day cancellation period to notify us of your intention to return.
• Return items within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase for faulty goods. After 30 days and within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you will receive a refund. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item following our returns procedure and place a new order. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible and avoids stock availability issues.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. User Accounts

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or failures of third-party services.
