Monthly Delivery Schedule
Track Your Delivery
Enter your Royal Mail tracking number to check delivery status
Tracking numbers are emailed when your box is dispatched, and are available in your subscriber portal.
UK Mainland
Free delivery on all subscription boxes. Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Typical delivery within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
NI & Highlands
A small surcharge of £2.99 applies for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and island deliveries. Delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days.
Not Home?
Royal Mail will leave a "Sorry we missed you" card with collection or redelivery options. If left with a neighbour, you'll be notified via the Royal Mail app.
Damaged Box?
If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send replacement items or credit your account. See our terms for full details.
Change Address
Update your delivery address any time via your subscriber portal. Changes made before the 25th of the month will apply to your next box.
Packaging
All boxes are packed with protective insulation to keep treats fresh. Our packaging is 100% recyclable. Perishable items include ice packs in warmer months.
