Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Terms

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your card will be charged on the same date each month from when you first subscribed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscriber portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period - you will still receive your box for the month you have already paid for.

You can skip a month at any time before the 25th of the prior month. Skipped months will not be charged. You can skip up to 3 consecutive months before your subscription is automatically paused.

Annual billing customers receive a 20% discount. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first box has been dispatched, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

2. Delivery Terms

Boxes are dispatched between the 1st and 3rd of each month. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked and typically arrives within 2-3 working days (3rd-5th of the month).

Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. We currently do not ship internationally.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and island deliveries may incur an additional surcharge and longer delivery times. You will be notified of any surcharge before your first dispatch.

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct and up to date. Address changes must be made before the 25th of the month to apply to the next dispatch.

3. Gift Terms

Gift boxes are one-time purchases and are not recurring subscriptions unless a gift subscription is explicitly selected.

Gift boxes are delivered directly to the recipient at the address provided at checkout. The sender is responsible for providing accurate recipient details.

Gift subscriptions can be purchased for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. The recipient will receive instructions to set up their account and manage preferences.

Gift purchases are non-refundable once dispatched.

4. Corporate Terms

Corporate orders are available for businesses wishing to purchase boxes in bulk for employees, clients, or events.

Volume pricing is available for orders of 10 or more boxes. Contact our corporate team for a bespoke quote.

Corporate clients may request invoicing with NET 30 payment terms, subject to credit approval.

Corporate branding and custom box contents are available for orders of 50+ boxes. Lead times of 4-6 weeks apply for custom orders.

5. Refunds & Returns

Opened boxes are non-refundable. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

If your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged items or credit your account.

If your box has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Refunds for undelivered or damaged boxes will be processed within 5-10 working days back to your original payment method.

6. Liability

TreatBox takes every care to ensure products are safe, high quality, and accurately described. However, individual items are produced by third-party artisan makers.

It is your responsibility to check product labels for allergens before consuming. While we accommodate dietary preferences set in your profile, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment in our fulfillment or partner facilities.

TreatBox shall not be liable for any adverse reactions to products where allergen information has been provided on the product packaging.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the relevant box.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

Your data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription, improving our service, and communicating with you about your account.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We may share necessary delivery information with our logistics partners.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
