I'm James, founder of JL Advisory. I've spent more than the last decade in accountancy and business advisory, understanding the key challenges growing businesses face day-to-day.

I'm extremely passionate about growing businesses. They're fast paced, complex and normally, keeping on top of finances gets left behind — this is where I come in.

I work with a small number of ambitious business owners to bring clarity to their numbers and confidence to their decisions. Typically it's £1m to £15m turnover businesses that have outgrown basic accounting and need real financial direction.

This is not high-volume accountancy. I work closely with a handful of clients, acting as a sounding board, challenger and advisor — helping you understand what is really driving your business and where to focus next.
