• To deliver the advisory services we’ve agreed together.
• To issue invoices and maintain business records as required by HMRC.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in relation to your business is treated as commercially confidential. Financial information, business plans, and management accounts shared with us as part of an engagement are used solely to deliver our advisory services and are held securely.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Engagement records are kept for 7 years after the end of the engagement in line with HMRC and professional record-keeping requirements, after which they are securely destroyed.
