Appointments

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to rebook you. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations — a fee may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, card and Apple/Google Pay. For treatment plans over £500, deposits may be required and we offer 0% finance on request.

Consent

We will discuss all proposed treatment with you before starting and obtain informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any point.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact the practice manager. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the General Dental Council.
