How far in advance should we book?
Weddings are typically booked 12-18 months in advance, though last-minute enquiries are welcome. Portrait and family sessions need 4-6 weeks notice.
What is your turnaround time?
Portrait and family galleries are delivered within 3 weeks. Weddings within 6-8 weeks. Sneak peeks within 48 hours.
Are albums included?
Albums are offered as an optional add-on. I work with a fine-art Italian bookbinder to produce heirloom-quality pieces.
How are images delivered?
All images are delivered via a private password-protected online gallery, high-resolution downloads included.
Who owns the copyright?
I retain the copyright but you receive a full personal-use licence. Commercial usage can be arranged separately.
Will my photos be shared publicly?
Only with your permission. Private galleries are available on request.
Do you offer reshoots?
If there is a technical issue on my side, absolutely. For other reasons reshoots are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
The retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations 60+ days before the shoot receive any additional payments back. Please see full terms.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. I always carry two cameras, multiple lenses, backup memory cards and lighting.
What if it rains?
Weddings carry on. For portrait shoots outside, we reschedule free of charge in extreme weather.
Can we print our own images?
Yes, your licence includes personal printing rights. I also offer professional fine-art prints at cost.
Do you travel?
Yes. UK-wide and international destination shoots are welcome. Travel costs are invoiced separately.
Do you photograph same-sex weddings?
Absolutely. Love is love.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 25% retainer secures your date. The balance is due 30 days before the shoot.
