1. Data Controller. Lumière Studio is the controller of personal data collected through this site.

2. Data we collect. Name, email, phone, and shoot details you submit via enquiry forms. Cookies for basic site analytics.

3. How we use it. Solely to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking, and deliver your photographs.

4. Legal basis. Contract performance (for bookings) and legitimate interest (for enquiries) under UK GDPR.

5. Retention. Enquiry data is kept for 12 months. Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Image files are retained for 3 years post-delivery.

6. Your rights. Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Third parties. We use Stripe for payments and email services for communication. We never sell your data.

8. Complaints. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
