Terms & Conditions

1. Booking. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer.

2. Payment. Balance payable 30 days before the shoot date. Bank transfer or card accepted.

3. Cancellation. The retainer is non-refundable. Payments above the retainer are refunded if cancelled 60+ days before the shoot.

4. Rescheduling. One reschedule within 12 months permitted subject to availability and without penalty.

5. Copyright. All images remain the copyright of the photographer. Clients receive a personal-use licence. Commercial rights can be purchased separately.

6. Usage. The photographer retains the right to use delivered images for portfolio, social media and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery. Edited images will be delivered within the quoted timeframe. Unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly.

8. Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

9. Liability. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability is limited to a refund of monies paid.

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
