Coastal Communication has been repairing phones, tablets and laptops in Scarborough for years. In that time we’ve seen every problem going — cracked screens, drowned phones, batteries that won’t last, charging ports full of sand, and devices that really, really shouldn’t have come back to life but somehow did.
