Terms of Business

These terms set out the basis on which we provide legal services. A full, matter-specific letter of engagement will be provided at the start of any instruction.

Our regulation

We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 328941). You can view our regulatory status at sra.org.uk.

Fees and billing

Fees are set out in each engagement letter. We bill monthly or at key stages. Disbursements and VAT are additional.

Complaints

If you have any concern about our service, please contact us first. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Legal Ombudsman within six months (legalombudsman.org.uk, 0300 555 0333).

Liability

Our liability is limited to £3 million per matter, the minimum level of professional indemnity insurance required by the SRA.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
