There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy. Here are the approaches we use.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A practical, structured approach that helps you identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop new ways of responding. Particularly effective for anxiety, depression, OCD and phobias. Usually 6–20 weekly sessions.
Person-Centred Counselling
A gentle, non-directive space where you lead the conversation. Rooted in warmth, empathy and genuine acceptance. Open-ended — works at your pace.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing)
A specialised trauma therapy using bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tapping) to help the brain process distressing memories. NICE recommended for PTSD.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape your present. Helps build long-term insight. Typically longer-term.
Integrative Therapy
Our therapists draw on multiple approaches to tailor sessions to you. Not everyone fits one model — we meet you where you are.
