Contact details, session notes (handwritten and encrypted electronic), payment information, and referral details where applicable.
How we use it
To provide therapeutic services, comply with BACP ethical standards, and for clinical supervision (anonymised where possible).
Confidentiality limits
We break confidentiality only where required by law or where there is serious risk to you or others, in line with BACP ethical framework.
Retention
Clinical notes are retained for 7 years after the end of therapy, as required by our insurance and professional body.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your data at any time.
