Terms of Service

These terms set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed. We offer weekly or fortnightly appointments.

Payment

Payment is due at or before each session. We accept card and bank transfer. Insurance claims can be submitted directly where your policy allows.

Cancellations

48 hours notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full rate.

Ethics

We practise in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

Complaints

If you are unhappy please speak with your therapist or contact our practice manager. Unresolved complaints may be raised with the BACP.
